Motivational Monday: Your Own Sunshine

own sunshineWe all have those days when nothing seems to go right. When everything we’ve been working on seems to be falling apart instead of into place and it’s easy to be overwhelmed and frustrated by it all. Some days just aren’t our days but that doesn’t mean they don’t have the potential of getting better. We are all crushed and created, broken and made into the people we become and how we handle the stress of the world around us says more about us then the circumstances we’ve been dealt. The world is a mystical place but that doesn’t mean there aren’t thunderclouds lurking or rainbows hiding waiting to be found. We all have bad days, some worse then others, but that doesn’t mean we should cave and let it take over. A bad day is just that– a day. It won’t last forever and if you decide it won’t last pass that moment that seemed to ruin it all. Forget about the spilled coffee in the morning or the bad grade on the paper and focus on the great lunch you’re about to have or the amazing people around you, ready to help you improve. Things go wrong. That’s life. Don’t get so caught up in everything that isn’t happening the way it’s suppose to that you forget to live in the moment around you.

  1. Just wanted to say Thank you, I had a hard day and this came to me at just the right time, mood has changed and now on with my day.

    • You’re very welcome! Sometimes it feels as if the world is conspiring against us but everything works out when it’s all said and done. Thank you for reading and making my day! May tomorrow be better!
      Take Care,
