We live in a competitive society. One in which everyone is always fighting to be the best but we forget, we aren’t the same people. We might share similar interest but they shape us differently. Mixed in with our experiences and environment, they crush and create us into being. This idea that we must struggle aganist one another to find happiness is laughable. Happiness doesn’t come from beating down the person next to you. It doesn’t emerge from seeing another fail while you succeed. No, happiness is individually our own. To achieve it, we must focus on ourselves. We must realize everyone has a behind the scenes that is less than perfect but you only see your own.
